Sean is a jazz fiend! He studied drums with the legendary drum instructor/guru Fred Gruber who once played for Dizzy Gillespie and Charlie Parker. He loves meeting his favorite musicians at Catalina's Bar & Grill and the Jazz Bakery. Sean says that if you can master a musical instrument you have the discipline and creativity to succeed in anything you pursue in life.

 

ü                  Sean has been selling real estate since 1985 and is a licensed real estate broker. (The primary difference between an agent and a broker is that an agent must be supervised.)

 

ü                  Sean has won a national award for creative solutions to real estate challenges.

ü                  Sean has completed the GRI program, (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), which includes 90 hours of coursework on 14 topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.

 

ü                  Sean has hundreds of hours of education in the field of real estate exchanging, offering significant tax advantages for investment property owners and creative solutions for owner-occupants.

 

ü                  Sean is a Certified Residential Specialist.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide who have earned the credential.

Technology Expertise - The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.
 

 

ü                  Sean has earned the e-PRO designation. Realizing the importance of technology training, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) now offers its members the e-PRO certification course -- the only technology certification program offered by NAR. The program is designed to prepare real estate professionals to make the most of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate, and implement new Internet business models. The elite group of course graduates represents only one percent of all REALTORS in the country.

 

ü                  Sean serves on the Professional Standards committee at the Inland Valley Association of Realtors because he is committed to the ethical conduct of real estate sales.

 

ü                  Sean became a certified scuba diver in 2005.


Sean's wife and partner is Christine Henderson and they enjoy travel, cooking, dining, and of course, JAZZ!
