Henderson Realty has been in business since 1991. Sean and Christine Henderson began their real estate career in 1985 when they both worked for a national real estate franchise. At the height of business for that company there were 150 agents and Sean and Christine were each in the top 10 for sales and listings. They didn´t work as a team until they were married in 1989. Kelly Mercado joined them in 2005.
They opened their own company because they felt that they could better chart the course of the business and serve their clients more personally. They know the Inland Empire well and have helped clients buy and sell properties from Azusa to Beaumont. Besides serving their clients they have also been active with the community, their church and in professional organizations.
Bank owned properties can be a lot of work--and that's just dealing with the bank! They have been listing bank owned properties since August of 2007 and have a great deal of experience working with the bank's asset managers. This kind of experience cannot be taught as asset managers vary in style and performance. With preserverance and patience, some of these properties can be the best buys in the market right now.
"Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you really wanted!"
Most real estate agents spend the majority of their time mass marketing to the general public and looking for new business. This leaves very little time to help customers or build a relationship with them. Sean & Christine, on the other hand, devote the majority of their professional time to consulting with their clients as to the best course of action to take after first showing them all of their options.
Sean & Christine take care of the details, so that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible. They invest their time in their clients. It is their promise and commitment to be there for you, your family, your friends, and your associates by offering you more than any other real estate professional will give you. Their satisfied clients, in turn, refer their family members, friends and colleagues to them. Their business grows by referrals, so that they spend their time serving their clients, rather than looking for new business from strangers.
They want to be your "Realtors for Life." It only makes perfect sense. You don't want to change your doctor every time you need one. Why would you want anything less than a family real estate agent?
When you really stop and think about it, you have professionals in every area of your life that provide you with exceptional services on a long-term basis -- your doctor, your lawyer, and your trusted mechanic. Why do so many people look at real estate as such a short-term relationship? When you consider that for most people, buying or selling a home is the single biggest investment they will ever make, why do they settle for an agent they don't know and trust? National statistics show that a person makes a move every seven years, which means you risk less than exceptional service five times during your lifetime.
